Destiny 2, Duality Dungeon Review | Myelin Games

I just wanted to say thanks for all the constructive feedback. Been really refreshing to talk about Destiny without having people scream into the void, and actually communicate why they like or dont like something. Been interesting to read the comments about armor. The response to the armor set has been quite polarising. I think you have convinced me that the dungeon armor provides a unique atheistic. However, I still feel like the armor is closer to fan service (from memory this armor came from a popular reddit post talking about hakke sets???) than a themed armor set specifically designed for the dungeon. I am at the point now where I am fine with the armor, I just feel like it shouldnt be acquired from the dungeon.

In comparing it to other dungeons I feel like the boss dps part of the Caiatl fight is far too unforgiving. Most Boss dps phases in the dungeons you could give up on some dps in favor of survivability and a slightly longer encounter. With Caiatl if you miss a single stun you miss out on an entire dps phase. A simple change where she has to steel all 3 bells instead of just one to end your damage phase would make the encounter still have the follow the boss to damage mechanic still be difficult due to bell keeper boops and snipers but it would allow some room for error. From my experience soloing all of the previous dungeons I felt like all 3 classes could do it with similar skill and some decent buildcrafting. This dungeon however I felt like Lorely titan was the only way to do the dungeon solo without losing your sanity.

I was just running solo flawless and a cabal jumped on my head and launched me off the map…I’m done with this dungeon for a while I have never been killed by the architects and misadventure so much in my entire time of playing Destiny both 1 and 2 they need to rework the mechanics of the cabal
