MORE. SUSAN, POLICE SAY SWAT OFFICERS WERE SHOT AT WHILE TRYING TO SERVE A HOMICIDE WARRANT AT A HOME IN NORTH PHILADELPHIA’S POPLAR NEIGHBORHOOD. THAT WAS JUST AFTER SIX THIS MORNING.
