95-year-old woman Tasered by police in Australia dies

A 95-year-old pistillate who was Tasered by constabulary astatine an Australian attraction home, sparking a nationalist outcry, has died.

Clare Nowland was critically injured aft constabulary responded to reports she was wandering her attraction location with a weapon astatine astir 4am past Wednesday.

New South Wales Police said she died connected Wednesday evening "surrounded by household and loved ones".

The serviceman who Tasered Ms Nowland has been charged with assault.
