Albanian PM Edi Rama in full: UK using migrants as scapegoats

Albania's premier curate has said politicians successful the UK are fuelling xenophobia towards his citizens.

Speaking to BBC Newsnight, Edi Rama said Albanians were being utilized arsenic scapegoats and that UK borderline issues were down to "failed policies".
