Former Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy has signed for Ligue 1 broadside Lorient 5 days aft being cleared of rape.
The left-back, 29, whose City declaration expired successful the summer, has signed a two-year woody with the French club.
He was cleared of raping a woman and attempting to rape different astatine Chester Crown Court connected Friday.
That followed a proceedings successful January erstwhile Mendy was cleared of six counts of rape and 1 of intersexual assault.
