Elon Musk dissolves Twitter's board of directors

Elon Musk has dissolved Twitter's committee of directors - cementing his power implicit the company.

On 27 October, pursuing the "consummation" of Mr Musk's takeover deal, helium became the sole manager of Twitter, it says.

The 9 ousted directors see erstwhile president of the committee Bret Taylor and erstwhile main enforcement Parag Agrawal.
