According to the GBI, they received accusation from the Carbondale Police Department successful Kansas that 54-year-old Paul Brooks allegedly messaged a kid successful an obscene and intersexual manner.

Brooks was arrested connected Tuesday, Nov. 15 by Carbondale constabulary successful Kansas.
