Document sums up 18-month probe into efforts by Trump and allies to reverse 2020 predetermination probe

WASHINGTON—The House’s Jan. 6 prime committee released its final investigative report Thursday, a sprawling capstone of much than 800 pages to the panel’s 18-month probe into the convulsive onslaught connected the Capitol by a mob of supporters of erstwhile President Donald Trump

Earlier this week, the committee—made up of 7 Democrats and 2 Republicans captious of Mr. Trump—released an enforcement summary of its report, which included findings that helium disseminated mendacious allegations of fraud related to the 2020 election, provoking supporters to unit and an onslaught connected the Capitol. Despite knowing helium had mislaid dozens of predetermination lawsuits, Mr. Trump refused to judge that his opponent, Joe Biden, won the predetermination and “plotted to overturn the predetermination outcome,” the committee concluded, according to the summary.
