TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNW) – On Friday, Kansas Attorney General, Derek Schmidt, shared Kansans safely disposed of astir 8,000 pounds of unused medicines astatine the extremity of October.

This disposal was for National Drug Take Back Day connected Oct. 29.

Kansas Law Enforcement officers collected 7,966 pounds of medicines astatine 137 locations.
