ANDERSON COUNTY (KSNT) – One antheral is dormant aft his car smashed into a trailer successful Anderson County.

The clang happened astatine 4:41 p.m. connected Oct. 17 connected U.S. Highway 169 wherever it intersects with Southwest Missouri Road, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

A Ford F-350 hauling a trailer was turning near onto Southwest Missouri Road from Northbound U.S. 169. A Ford Escort was traveling northbound down the F-350 and failed to dilatory down, ramming into the vehicle’s trailer.

Dakota R. Kirkland, 30, of Welda, Kansas, the operator of the Escort, died successful the crash. He was not wearing a spot belt. The operator of the F-350 was unharmed.
