Damien Bendall, who had been successful a narration with Terri Harris, raped and murdered her 11-year-old girl Lacey Bennett.
He besides murdered Ms Harris, 35, her 13-year-old lad John Paul Bennett, and Lacey's 11-year-old person Connie Gent.
Their bodies were recovered astatine a location successful Chandos Crescent, Killamarsh, Derbyshire, connected 19 September 2021.
Bendall, 32, admitted the charges astatine Derby Crown Court, wherever helium is owed to beryllium sentenced later.
The tribunal heard Ms Harris was large erstwhile she was killed and Bendall raped Connie arsenic she laic dying from her injuries.
