Mobile telephone and broadband issues are being reported successful the Channel Islands, affecting connectivity.

Telecom supplier Sure said they were "aware of an contented impacting mobile services", but islanders person besides reported issues with broadband services.

The institution said calls, information and substance messages were affected, but calls to 999 from a mobile were working.

It said: "Our engineers are investigating this urgently."

The institution offered an apology for the inconvenience and said it was moving to "restore work arsenic rapidly arsenic possible".

Residents of Jersey and Guernsey person reported being affected by the outage.
