A Russian quality rights activistic has told the BBC that helium was ordered to crook down the Nobel Peace Prize by the Russian authorities.
Yan Rachinsky is from Memorial, 1 of 3 associated winners of this year's accolade, alongside the Ukrainian quality rights organisation Center for Civil Liberties, and Ales Bialiatski, who is successful situation successful Belarus.
