CARTHAGE, New York (WWNY) - The phones and net are retired astatine 2 Carthage Area Hospital facilities.

The outages are astatine the hospital’s walk-in session connected Constitution Drive and the Meadowbrook Terrace Assisted Living Facility connected Cole Road.

Hospital officials accidental it’s due to the fact that of a chopped fiberoptic line. They accidental repairs are underway.

Both facilities stay open.
