An inquest assemblage has recovered errors made by West Midlands constabulary "materially contributed" to the deaths of 2 women.

Raneem Oudeh and her parent Khowla Saleem were some stabbed to decease successful Solihull, West Midlands, successful August 2018 by Raneem's estranged hubby Janbaz Tarin.

He was jailed for a minimum 32 years aft admitting murdering the pair.
