The Police Service of Northern Ireland has confirmed it is reviewing 3 cases recorded arsenic suicide, pursuing the Katie Simpson case.

A Police Ombudsman study into the decease of the County Armagh showjumper recovered that the constabulary probe was flawed and failed her family.
