CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. — The Chatham County Police Department has arrested the parent of a missing Georgia toddler, Quinton Simon.

On Monday, constabulary announced that they arrested Leilani Simon, 22, and charged her with execution successful transportation to her son’s disappearance and death.
