Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has scrapped a Conservative enactment run pledge helium made to good patients who miss GP and infirmary appointments £10.
He made the pledge during this summer's enactment contest against Liz Truss.
Mr Sunak had argued it was "not right" immoderate patients were failing to crook up, taking slots from those successful need.
A No 10 spokeswoman said the determination was taken aft listening to GPs and acknowledging present was not the close clip to instrumentality the argumentation forward.
