This delicious spinach and chickpea crockery is an casual weeknight dinner. With spinach, chickpeas and orzo, this speedy crockery is packed with nutrition and flavor.

Ingredients

      • 1 Tbsp olive oil

      • 3 ail cloves, minced

      • 1 tiny onion, chopped

      • 4 cups fat-free, low-sodium chickenhearted broth

      • 2 cups water

      • 1 tsp citrus zest

      • 3/4 cupful multigrain orzo

      • 1 cupful (15 oz) no-salt-added chickpeas, rinsed and drained

      • 1 Tbsp citrus juice

      • 1/2 tsp achromatic pepper

      • 1/8 tsp salt

      • 1 bundle (6 oz bundle each) caller babe spinach

      • 1/4 cupful grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
