VR appoints Kubrakov as Deputy Prime Minister, Infrastructure and Regional Development Minister - Ukrinform

According to Zhelezniak, a full of 263 Members of Parliament voted successful favour of Kubrakov’s appointment. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal was contiguous during voting.
