GB's quartet of Duncan Scott, Matt Richards, James Guy and Tom Dean edged retired the United States to unafraid Britain's 2nd golden of the World Aquatics Championships successful Fukuoka.
Richards, who won the individual 200m rubric connected Tuesday, gave Britain the pb during the 2nd leg.
Guy past handed implicit to Olympic champion Dean, who held connected to win.
