Today I will share with you my mother's recipe for Jhinga Methi or Fenugreek Prawns. You won't believe how easy it is to make and you will wonder how come it is so tasty. ENJOY!!

Ingredients:
Prawns - 300 gms
Onion - 2 Big (Diced)
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilli - 2 (Slit)
Cooking Oil - 75 gms
Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
Salt - As per Taste
Water - 1 Cup
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek Leaves - 2 Small bunches
